- After filling out the return and exchange form, please return the product to be returned (please keep the original product packaging and complete product, together with accessories and gifts) within 3 days to the designated address.
- After the goods are checked and accepted, refund or exchange procedures will be processed within 2-4 working days.

✖️ For following reasons we do not provide return and refund:
- Product has been used and washed
- Custormized product
- Over 7 days after receiving
🚗 Fee for return and refund
- If the product is defective or sent by mistake, the consumer does not need to bear the freight, and the seller will bear it.
- For personal factors to handle the return, the consumer need to pay for the shippment and send it back on their own.
- To apply for a replacement, please return the item to be exchanged by yourself, the seller will bear the shipping cost of sending the new item.。

According to your original payment method, arrange the refund in the following ways:
- Credit card : Credit card refund, about 3-5 working days after receiving the returned credit card (please judge according to your billing date, the refund may be listed on the bill of this month or the next month)
- CVS pick-up payment/ATM transfer: It will take about 3-5 working days to return to the bank account you provided after receiving the return product.

- No return for the order receiving address not in Taiwan. Please forgive for any inconvenience caused.
